I have always liked to collaborate in helping people and groups. I have worked in Social Services and in the support of childhood, adolescence and families; extending, later, to the supervision of work teams.

Due to my interest in human relations I have a Diploma in Social Education, a Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Family Therapy and a Master's Degree in Systemic Coaching.

Education is innovation. Innovation is a relationship, a connection between people, training and work. The pairing of the principles of successful innovation and education allows to define the core tools to be used in training towards a proactivity and people-centered work.
