After almost 20 years leading this project I still get excited with the work of our students; I cry with emotion when I see the name of an AlumniX in the credits of a film, it makes my heart skip a beat when after a long career AlumniX return to FX to share their experiences with future students.

My greatest motivation to continue building and adapting a new school model to the needs of the environment is to listen to the students who have found their place in the world at FX.

For me and for the whole team, our day-to-day work at FX is more than a job: it is our reason for being, it is a dream come true. We enjoy what we do and that's why we put our head and heart so that our students, like us, make their passion their profession.

For me the real success is to enjoy and vibrate with the work and my goal is to transmit this philosophy to the students of FX.
